This model comes in Natural and Tobacco Sunburst color schemes with gloss finish and gold-plated hardware. Bridge section features the tune-o-matic bridge and trapezoid tailpiece in the back. Active humbuckers in the front are equipped with a classic controls unit and three-way toggle pickup switch. Set in nato neck is topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.

I bought it cca 2003-4. I ve been using it 4-5 times a week in gigs for 3 years now. Perfect. I changed pups but the new ones are Chinese too - actually I never use the bridge position. Here is the guitar with my Fishman Min. https://youtu.be/hKyibpN29go It is refretted and now time to have it do again. Issue? By now I feel it a bit heavy. It sounds surprisingly mellow, warm. Beck is a bit chubby but ok. I changed tuners only last year. This is the first edition: smaller headstock, pups are not the EMG licence yet. Neck dimension also can be different on the later model - but I m not sure. Overall it was the best price/value budget jazzbox of its time.
