JT-300 model has one more variant and this one adds a bit of luxury and upscale flavor to the mix with a quilted maple top installed over the standard alder body. This feature sets it apart from the regular JT-300 and JT-300M models. Other than that, QMT 300 comes with gold-plated hardware, 25-1/2" scale, solid and double-cut body, bolted neck and 21-fret fingerboard. Trans Lavender Blue color scheme comes with high gloss finish over the body and neck. Non-locking trem bridge is plated in gold and has string-through construction. Set of three single-coil pickups is installed in it`s front. Regular set of knobs and switches is installed along with them. Bolted maple neck is fit with the series default 21-fret rosewood fingerboard.

I have an older version where the amber quilt finish is not sunburst. Purchased it used, some gold plate tarnish. I replaced the warped pearloid guard. Pickups were swapped out, would like to replace with new ones. Great action and holds tune, Nice bite to the sound.
