Kelly models and Marty Friedman go back a long way. Marty gained his popularity as a solo artist and lead guitarist for Megadeth playing almost exclusively Jackson`s Kelly guitars. Now, almost thirty years later, two remarkable Kelly guitars comprise his signature series. KE1T Marty Friedman is one of them. It comes with a solid, single-cut body made of poplar. Flat and stripped down body features flat top, gloss finish and through-body neck joint. This Kelly is available only in black with black hardware. Bridge section is equipped with a tune-o-matic bridge with string-through-body construction. There`s only one pickup installed in the front, it is Seymour Duncan SH-4 in the bridge position. Maple neck is topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard.
