When it comes to V tradition, Besides the Gibson, Jackson is the only brand with widely recognized names for their V shaped guitars. Symmetrical one is the glorious King V, while the asymmetrical one is the legendary Rhoads. JCS Special Edition King V KV2 Blackened is one of the brightest examples of the quality of the JCS Special Edition series and the only King V model in it. There are also two Rhoads V models along with it. Mighty six-stringed King V comes with a solid and flat mahogany-made body with beveled edges. As a majority of other models in this series, KV2 Blackened is available only in black. It comes with a satin finish and black-clad hardware. Instead of Kelly`s licensed Floyd Rose bridge, KV2 Blackened comes with an original one. In it`s front, Jackson installs a pair of Seymour Duncan AHB-1B humbuckers. These power plants provide enough juice for any kind and style of metal player desires to play. Master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle pickup switch comprise the controls unit. Mahogany neck is fast and slim and has a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on the top. Gotoh tuners on the headstock complete the specs list.
