DK2LE is dedicated to the left handed population. It features all the appointments as it`s right handed counterpart, DK2, but it`s made for left-handed guitarists. This Dinky is a solid, double-cut guitar with a regular bolt-on neck joint. It is made of alder, which signifies that this Dinky is considered an upscale model in this series. Many other models feature basswood, or poplar bodies. This one is available only in Snow White with high gloss finish and black hardware. Floyd Rose bridge is installed on top of the body and it`s paired with a locking nut on the fingerboard. There`s only one pickup, an EMG 81 in the bridge position. Neck is made of maple and it is topped with a 24-fret maple fingerboard.

Myself and a few other JCF.online members designed this guitar in early 2004 and only 24 were made and I own Number 1. I got pissed that Charvel had a few new 1 HB shred guitars and the cost for one was astronomical. I bitced at Fender/Jackson and ended up getting them to make 24 instruments as long as I could get 24 people to commit to buying one or more. We got it done and in October of 2004 we recieved our dream guitar. The DK2LE. I still have and play mine. It is a keeper for sure and one of my best achievements in music. It's like having my own signature series. And YES! It is a great guitar and very comparable to the BC Rich Gunslinger. Jackson came through big time.
