SV470FM is an intermediate model from the SV series of solid double-cut guitars made by Ibanez. This particular series is made for the players who like S series guitars, but are not too happy with double-locking tremolo bridge and are looking for a traditional non-locking one. Body of this one is solid, double-cut and made of mahogany. Top is carved and this entire body is finished in high gloss. There`s no pickguard installed on this one. Bridge section is equipped with a regular tremolo bridge with string-through-body construction. Pickups in the front are installed in H/S/H pattern and are equipped with a standard controls unit. Maple neck is bolted to the body and topped with a standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
