I'm picky about quality and critical of small blemish in the hardcase that came with the SJ300. Felt was loose. A little glue fixed that. Bridge was not adjusted so first impression (rash judgment) was disappointment. Once I adjusted the bridge per user guide, plugged in the guitar (Fishman loudbox), fell in love with sweet, full sound. excellent pickups, easy to play across the fretboard, very quiet, balanced tone. Its a beauty in every way. Read the specs. Ibanez delivers great quality for the price. I can replicate the sound of Lee Ritenauer and other great jazz players who use guitars that cost 5X-10X more. Play one and see.
