SG Custom from Ibanez is a replica of the SG Ibanez used to make in the past. This and some other models in Ibanez history, though replicas of Gibson and Fender models, have proven their own worth and gained a massive following. Thus, Ibanez reissues the famous SG Custom with the same specs it had in the original run. Body is solid, double-cut and made of mahogany. It is flat on the top and covered only with a plastic pickguard. Bridge unit is equipped with a tune-o-matic bridge and maestro vibrato tailpiece. Three active humbuckers are installed on this model and they feature a standard controls setup with two volumes, two tones and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Maple neck is set and topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
