S series started 25 years ago and keeps getting bigger and stronger each year. These legendary rockers are celebrating a quarter of a century with S1XXV model which features classic S appointments plus much more. Ibanez decided to celebrate this jubilee with fluorescent green and yellow colors with matching inlays and neon super strings which match the body color. S1XXV starts off with a solid, double cutaway body made of mahogany. The top on this model is carved and features no pickguards or binding. Fluorescent green and fluorescent yellow are the only colors available on this celebration model. The bridge compartment contains a double locking ZR bridge with cosmo black plating and a locking string nut. The pickups are made by Ibanez as well and laid out in H-S-H pattern. Bridge pickup is INF2, middle position has INFS1 and in the neck position is INF1 humbucker. They are controlled through master volume, master tone and a five-position blade pickup switch. The neck is made of three pieces of maple with super fast Wizard III contour. The fingerboard is made of rosewood with 24 jumbo frets and body color-matching dot inlays.
