RGA series models are among the premier Iron Label axes, offering passive electronics in combination with RG Iron Label hardware and design features. NAMM 2017 has brought us three RGA series updates, including RGAIX6U.
RGAIX6U kicks off with a solid, carved-top body made of ash, bolt-on neck made of maple and bubinga and ebony fingerboard. The body is made entirely of ash and features Antique Brown Stain finish to accentuate the beautiful, rich ash grain. The neck is made of two pieces of maple and center-positioned stripe made of bubinga. The fingerboard is equipped with jumbo frets, side dot inlays, 1.69" nut and 15.75" wide radius.
Bare Knuckle Aftermath pickups (with coil-splitting switch), Gibraltar Standard II bridge and Ibanez tuners complete this metal machine.
