RG450DXB is one of numerous new models introduced into the RG series by Ibanez Guitars this January at the NAMM show. It continues in the footsteps of the legendary RG350DX, which had almost the same specs, as RG450DXB has. This means that RG450DXB comes with a solid, double-cut body made of basswood in it`s entirety. There is no top wood cover and there is no binding around the top. Only the classic pickguard taken from the RG350. White is the only color scheme on this model, as well and it is finished in high gloss. Bridge section has seen the greatest upgrade, as the old Edge III trem is now replaced by more advanced Edge Zero II bridge. Pickups installed in the front are still from the Infinity series, which ensures the same tone as RG350 had. Master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch complete the controls unit. Three-piece maple neck is made of maple and it`s topped with a standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with shark tooth inlays.
