Gretsch G6120EC Eddie Cochran Tribute is an homage to one of the most important and most influential rockabilly guitar players ever, Eddie Cochran. His short career was a major influence on countless rock bands and performers. G6120EC is one of the ways Gretsch thanks Eddie for his music. This is a fully hollow guitar made of maple. Back, sides and top are made of it. Top is carved with a pair of "f" holes and bound in creme binding. It features a see-thru plastic pickguard, as well. Bridge section is made up of a tune-o-matic bridge with Bigsby vibrato bar in the back. Pair of Filtertron humbuckers is installed in it`s front. Set in neck is made of three pieces of maple and walnut. 22-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood.
