G6119-1962FT Chet Atkins Tennessee Rose is one of several signature models Gretsch Guitars make for Chet Atkins. This model is a part of the Professional Collection, which deals only with signature and tribute models. All guitars from this series are fully hollow bodied and feature distinctive Gretsch styling. G6119-1962FT comes with a fully hollow single-cut body made of laminated maple. It is available only in Dark Rosewood color with urethane gloss finish and chrome-plated hardware. Creme binding, elevated plastic pickguard and bound "f" holes complete the body specs. Bridge section is a standard three-piece, consisting of a wood-based adjust-o-matic bridge, Bigsby vibrato and trapezoid tailpiece. Pair of Filtertron humbuckers is installed in the front. Set in maple neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
