This six-string Jet is one of the best Jets Gretsch currently makes. It competes in the Pro tier with great success and is one of examples how proficient Gretsch luthiers are with solid and semi-hollow bodied guitars. This single-cut marvel features semi-hollow body made of mahogany back and carved maple top. Gold and Black are options are offered for this model. Both come with gloss finish, white pickguard and chrome-plated hardware. Vintage-styled bridge unit features adjust-o-matic bridge in the front and Bigsby vibrato tailpiece. Entire bridge section is plated in chrome. Pickups on this model are Gretsch minibuckers with chrome-plated covers. Neck is set in and made of maple. On it`s top Gretsch installs a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.

Simply put, too many issues for a brand new guitar, tuning, nut, bridge, bridge screws, bridge retainer springs, tone pot knobs crooked, etc.. Too many detail issues from the factory.
