This is a great guitar. I play all types of popular rock music and blues and this guitar beats any guitar I have played with its versatility. Its easy to dial up jazzy tones using the neck pickup with a bit of bridge transducer, then flick the switch to the bridge humbucker turn up the gain and you get crunchy rock tones like Angus Young. The bridge transducer is best set at a lower volume on the guitar. Its got a whammy bar, locking tuners, a beautiful neck, its a nice shape to play sitting or standing and the Godin made pickups are outstanding. These guitars go fairly cheap second hand but I dont know why. The Solidac is a gem and I love it.
