Godin`s Session series is a nod to the classic Telecaster concept, but with a full-on Canadian flavor. Most of the models are built with Canadian tonewoods and equipped with Godin`s own pickups. Session Custom Ltd is there for all the players who prefer a dirty, crunchy bridge tone and a creamy, lush lead tone. It comes with a flat and single-cut body made of Spanish cedar base and a flat mahogany top (one of the very few solid-bodied guitars with a mahogany top). Rock maple neck is bolted to the body and features a 22-fret fingerboard with 1-11/16" nut and 12" radius on top (both rosewood and maple options are available). Godin`s own Cajun Custom single-coil in the bridge and Seymour Duncan`s P-Rail humbucker, backed up by the HDR system, deliver a huge range of tones and styles.

Quality of this guitar is unbelievable. The neck is perfect, and tuning/intonation is rock solid even with 2-point trem. Honestly, the only beef I have with it is the finish on the body is a bit to plasticky. Plays and sounds fantastic. I find myself mosty playing the P-90 in the neck, and the bridge/neck out of phase which gives it almost a Strat-sound, but with a touch of tele twang.
