As one of fourteen Limited Run models introduced by Gibson`s Memphis division at this year`s NAMM, Limited Run ES-335 Figured 390 Neck is looking at a short but very successful market life. Being a Limited Run model, it will only be available in extremely small quantities and many players around the world who have dreamed of a full-sized 335 with a super comfortable 390 neck will be left unsatisfied. But, that`s the story of almost every well conceptualized and well executed limited model. Limited Run ES-335 Figured 390 Neck brings a semi-hollow 335 body with double cutaway, arched top and back panels, a flamed maple top and classic ES styling. Back and sides are made of maple/poplar/maple laminates, while the neck is made entirely of mahogany. On the top of the creme-bound body, Gibson Memphis showcases the quintessential ES features such as a two-piece hardtail bridge unit (AVR-2 bridge/locking stoptail bar), dual active humbuckers with a classic controls unit (Burstbucker 1 in rhythm position, Burstbucker 2 in lead; controls unit in vol/vol/tone/tone/3-way toggle switch configuration). Mahogany neck is equipped with a C profile and sixties truss rod. On its top, there is a 22-fret fingerboard made of a single piece of high grade rosewood. Vintage Kluson tuners wrap up the list of main specs and features.
