Joe Bonamassa Les Paul Studio by Gibson
Goldtop

Joe Bonamassa is one of the best and most successful blues players of the younger generations. He is barely over 30 and is already compared to such legends as B.B. King and Eric Clapton. Joe`s signature line made by Gibson extends through all tiers of the catalog. The current model is named Joe Bonamassa Les Paul Studio. It is made of mahogany back and maple top. Top is made of plain maple, as it is the standard Studio top and the traditional LP top. Goldtop with gloss finish is the only color scheme available. Tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail bar comprise the bridge section. In their front, a pair of Gibson humbuckers is installed. Set in mahogany neck sports Joe`s favorite D contour in the back and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.

I just changed the capacitors to Bumble bees and that made a huge difference. This is the best guitar I have ever owned and I have a long reference of guitars ranging from PRS, Jackson soloist, Gibson Les Paul Deluxe, Fender strats and teles and a whole bunch of other HQ brands. The Bonamassa LPS has that fat tone, fat neck and just feels like a second nature to play. I tried to buy a second guitar but unfortunately they where discontinued sold out in whole Europe. So I just have to keep an eye on the second hand market for a backup guitar.
