Out of ten planned models, four have been released thus far, and the Limited Edition American Standard Stratocaster Oiled Ash is the fourth one. It mixes the classic American Standard Strat features with ash/maple tonewood combo and seldom seen hand-rubbed oil finish. To make this six-string candy even more excruciatingly tempting, Fender`s thrown in a set of Custom Shop `50s Fat Strat singles with beyond-the-words marvelous classic Strat tone. Aged plastics and negative pickguard add another dimension of cool to this six-string gem. 25-1/2" scaled maple neck rocks the modern C profile and a 22-fret fingerboard made of maple.
