American Deluxe is a series of luxurious guitars with high quality wood selection and top drawer appointments. It is one of the top lines in Fender`s catalog. American Deluxxe Telecaster is one of the finest Teles in current production. Counting both the regular and Custom Shop catalog. It comes with a solid, single cut body made of top grade ash wood. Top is flat, unbound and it`s only covered with a classic plastic pickguard. Bridge section on this model is equipped with a modern variant of the perennial tray bridge installed on many Telecaster variants throughout the history. Pickups are single coils from the Noiseless series. Neck on this models is made of maple, it`s bolted to the body and equipped with a C contour in back. 22-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood.
