This treatment includes chambered bodies, carved top covers, luxurious hardware and some of the most amazing color schemes found on the market. Select series is, as they say at Fender, for selected players. It is made for the players willing to give some extra money to get the best of the best and finest of the finest, when it comes to Fender guitars. For 2013 Fender prepared several updates and Carved Top Telecaster SH is one of them. It has a unique pickups combo, which consists of a slanted single-coil pickup in the bridge position and a Wide Range humbucker in the neck. Classic Tele controls unit accompanies them. Bridge is a modern variant of Tele bridge and it features string-through construction. Alder body of this model is topped with a gorgeous blackwood top. Entire body is finished in high gloss and treated with Cherry Burst color pattern. There`s no pickguard on this model. Maple neck is equipped with C contour and it`s topped with a 22-fret maple fingerboard. black dot inlays, 1.685" synthetic bone nut and 9.5"-14" radius complete the fingerboard specs.
