SC-607B is a signature model made for Stephen Carpenter of Deftones. He is one of the premier signature artists in ESP catalog and has an extensive line of seven and eight-stringed guitars. This particular guitar, the SC-607B is a seven-stringed baritone with 27" scale. Body is solid, double cut and made of alder. It features carved top, neck-through joint and contoured back. Standard for Stephen`s series, this model is only available in black with high gloss finish. Bridge section features a tune-o-matic bridge with strings running through the body behind it. EMG supplies the double 81 combo made especially for seven-stringed guitars. Master volume, master tone and three-position blade switch comprise the controls. Maple neck is topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard.
