Picked up the LTD h101 fm for 100.00 almost brand new.. impressive guitar, lots of resonance (basswood body, maple veneer top)and sustain even unplugged. Nice fast fairly slim neck that is very stable, very good build quality, simple volume, tone, and 3way pickup selector toggle switch, fixed bridge with string through body, flat radius neck maple rosewood board 24 fret 25.5 scale, Good tuners, nice Ballance.. the pickups are hot, but a tad to dark. The negatives on this guitar are very few. The 3way pickup selector toggle is cheaply made.. replace with a switchcraft or similar design, and the pickups have plenty of push, but I actually through some GM hexbuckers for a bit more bite and definition. And getting ready to replace the pickup selector toggle. Once you do a bit of TLC and adjust to taste, this guitar can easily hang with guitars in 700 to 800.00 price range "no joking" and if you can find one used for 250 or less I would say grab it, you won't be disappointed! Covers rock, hard Rock, metal, blues Rock quite well!
