AX is a line of extremely designed guitars in ESP catalog. These axes look like beasts spawned from hell to conquer the metal stages all over the world. Extreme looks, superior playability and skull crushing tone are the main weapons of this awesome series. AX-2E is one of the best examples of what this series offers. It comes with a solid, double-cut body made of mahogany and ebony (mahogany is in the back, while the ebony is on the top). natural Gloss is the only color option ESP offers for this six-stringed beast. On the top, situation is simple: tune-o-matic bridge with string-through-body construction, two humbuckers and a simple controls unit. Maple neck is bolted to the body and it features a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on it`s top.
