ESP LTD`s EX series, though one of the mainstays of the catalog, had received very little love in recent years. With the new 2018 catalog, ESP had introduced only one new EX model - the lower intermediate class EX-200 - thus continuing the general trend of negligence towards the mighty EX series. Nonetheless, the new 200 class EX is among the brightest stars of the new 200 series constellation. It will be available in Black and Black Cherry Metallic, w/beveled body, matching headstocks, and black hardware on both options. The main construction features (for both color options) will include a solid mahogany body (no binding, no pickguard), a 3-piece maple neck (w/Thin U profile, set-in joint), a 22-fret roasted jatoba fingerboard, a two-piece TOM bridge, ESP Designed 150 humbuckers, and LTD tuners.
