Purple Sparkle
The new KH-2 Purple Sparkle is a top-of-the-line shred machine, made by hand in ESP`s Custom Shop facilities in Japan. It is the latest addition to Mr. Hammett`s signature series. Main features include a solid and double-cut M body (alder wings, through-body neck), Kirk`s own signature pickups (EMG KH Bone Breaker Limited Edition humbuckers with Kirk`s signature on the covers), and top-shelf hardware. Purple Sparkle is the only available color option (features black nickel hardware, a matching headstock, black plastic parts). Other notable features include a 3-piece maple neck (extra thin U profile), 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (skull & bones inlays, 25.5" scale, 12" radius, no binding), Floyd Rose Original double-locking tremolo bridge, and Gotoh tuning machines.
