1000 is LTD`s top tier and a range made for players who want a professional class guitar at a reasonable price. Many of the upscale features unavailable at 400 and lower tiers can be found on 1000 models. EC-1000 Evertune kicks off with a solid, single-cut body made of mahogany base and plain maple top. The top`s bound in white and finished in gloss (the rest of the body and the neck are finished in gloss, too). Three-piece maple neck rocks a set-in joint in the back and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (extra jumbo frets, 1.65" molded nut, 24-3/4" scale). Black is the only available color option. Major hardware and electronics appointments include a six-saddled EverTune bridge, EMG 81/60 pickups set and Grover tuners.
