GT is a very modern concept made by Epiphone Guitars. It is oriented towards young players who like heavier styles of play and want a modern-looking guitar. Special II GT Les Paul from Epiphone comes with a solid, flat mahogany body. It features single cut design and set neck construction. There`s no binding around the top of the body and Epiphone installs a flat black pickguard on this one. Worn Black is the only color scheme available for this model and it`s matched with black hardware. Non-locking tremolo bridge features string-through construction and it`s fronted by a pair of open-coil humbuckers. Master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle switch comprise the controls unit. Three-piece mahogany neck has slim taper contour in the back. 22-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood.
