TV Pelham Blue
TV Pelham Blue is a limited edition series made by Epiphone for summer 2013. This series only features models painted in the legendary blue color. The story of the Pelham Blue begins with Epiphone models in 1960s. It was used and offered as custom color option and was not until many years later Epiphone introduced it into the regular section of the catalog. Today, Epiphone pays homage to this sweet color scheme with a six-model limited edition series. All of Epi`s famous models are represented in the series and Les Paul Custom PRO represents the cult LP line. This LP comes with a classic single-cut body made of mahogany back and laminated maple top. Top, as well as the back, is bound in five-ply binding. It is finished in high gloss and decorated with a black plastic pickguard. Classic bridge section is made up of a nickel-plated locktone tune-o-matic bridge in the front and, also nickel-plated, Locktone stoptail bar in the back. Custom wound Epiphone PRO-Bucker humbuckers are featured on this model. two volume and two tone knobs are accompanied by a three-way toggle pickup switch. Volume knobs also feature push-pull switches for coil splitting. Mahogany neck is set in and equipped with a 1960s slim taper contour in the back. On it`s top, there`s a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with single-layer binding. Medium jumbo frets, pearloid block inlays and 12" radius complete the fingerboard. Classic headstock features five-ply binding around the edges, vintage shape and 3+3 arrangement of nickel-plated Grover tuners with 18:1 ratio.

My only gripe would be that the volume drops when switched to single coil. otherwise the tone and feel of the neck and knobs is excellent.
