Lovely laminated maple body with slim neck, bigsby trem, swingbuckers and series/parrallel options for tonal variety Have found no issues other that the bigsby needs tightening. Can beat the price I paid for it in Oz. Seriously good value. Totally dig the tones from this baby. She;s pretty too - the oohs and ahhs from the crowd are worth it. There is no doubt this contends with Gretsch

Nothing I can tell you that playing it for yourself won't answer. I suggest you pick one up and play it along with the Gretsch. Sounds great, nice tone, great range. I love mine. For me the choice was an easy one. It's a looker, but that's not the reason I got it. I sounds and feels great.
