Z 79 Floyd Flame Top is one of several 79 models featured in Dean`s 2017 NAMM lineup. Like the rest of V and Z 79s, this one`s dedicated to the memory of the legendary 1979 models which made Dean one of household names.
Z 79 Floyd Flame Top comes in with MSRP set at $994.75 and price at $599.00. Trans Black and Trans Brazilia variants are available (Brazilia model also sports zebra-coiled pickups). The chassis of this thoroughbred rocker is made up of a solid mahogany body, flat flamed maple top, V-shaped mahogany neck and standard 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
Major hardware and electronics features include a Floyd Rose Special locking bridge, DMT Design humbuckers (classic V, Z, ML controls) and Grover tuners.
