Dave Muataine`s signature series has received five updates at this year`s winter NAMM, three V models and two Z axes. Four of them, excluding the vintage Korina V, rock custom graphics. The MSRP for this classy V is set at pretty steep $1,812.50 (regular price is at $1,099.00).
V Dave Mustaine Korina is there for all fans of traditional long-scale V. It boasts flat-top body, set-in neck, 25-1/2" scale and 24-fret fingerboard. All-korina body, korina neck (custom Dave Mustaine D profile) and rosewood fingerboard (medium frets, Dave Mustaine custom inlays, 1-11/16" nut, 16 radius) make up the base.
String-through-body TOM bridge (w/V plate in the back), unspecified set of Seymour Duncan humbuckers and Grover tuners complete the specs list.
