Back in the early 1970s, Michael Schenker exploded onto the scene as the wiz kid lead guitarist of the Scorpions. After a brief stint with the German hard rock legends, Mr. Schenker set his sails westwards, never to return to his native band. He made his fortune with UFO, MSG and as a solo artist. USA Michael Schenker Standard is one of many signature models Dean makes for Michael. It is an exclusive USA range axe, with a price tag set at $2,999. Main construction features include a flat-top mahogany body (w/iconic black/white paint job), set-in mahogany neck (V profile), and 22-fret ebony fingerboard (jumbo frets, block inlays, 24.75" scale). Other important features include a string-through TOM bridge, Grover tuners, and USA DMT Lights Out pickups (w/zebra coils).
