Charcoal Burst
MLX Flame Top is one of several ML models introduced at 2017 NAMM Show. It is the most affordable non-signature ML featured in the lineup, with MSRP set at $599.00 (Price is set at $399.00). It is a basic rock/metal-oriented axe, perfect for inexperienced players who want their first wings.
MLX Flame Top kicks off with a solid, flat basswood body, flamed maple top (two-piece top, white binding around the edges), bolted maple neck (C profile, short 24-3/4" scale) and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard ( jumbo frets, dot inlays, 14" radius, 1-11/16" plastic nut). Charcoal Burst is the only currently available color option.
Other important features include string-through TOM bridge (w/V plate in the back), DMT Design humbuckers and die-cast tuners.
