DCR Razprback belongs to the top class of Dean`s most extreme family of electric guitars. It comes with a carved and contoured mahogany body and a set in mahogany neck. Traditionally, Dime`s ML models had the all-mahogany construction, but what they did not have is the EMG set of pickups. Dime preferred passive pickups, Bill Lawrence, to be exact (XL500 was his favorite and the main tool in creation of the monstrous tone Pantera was known and loved for). Nevertheless, DCR comes with the cult 81/85 combo in combination with the classic set of ML/Razorback controls. Floyd Rose bridge has six saddles and black plating. Mahogany neck has a substantial profile in the back and a standard 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood on the top.
