Bolero is one of the classics of the DBZ catalog. It is a series of Les Paul-inspired single-cut guitars, which are geared towards modern metal players. It is not uncommon for a Bolero to have 24 frets, EMG pickups and 25-1/2" scale. Translucent Purple-clad Bolero EX comes in with a sculpted mahogany body with a bird`s eye maple top (two-piece top). Creme binding surrounds the top. The neck is made of mahogany, has a modern, seamless glued-in joint and fast profile in the back. On its top, DBZ installs a 22-fret fingerboard with diamond inlays and creme binding. Seymour Duncan provides the pickups for this elegant Bolero. Minimalistic controls unit (equipped with a push/pull switch), two-piece hardtail bridge and Grover tuners complete the specs.
