Chapman`s Standard series is the lowest of three currently available tiers, other two being Pro and Signature. Standard models are made to a high standard of quality and are meant to be affordable and reliable options. They`re made overseas and inspected in Chapman`s headquarters in UK. ML-1 Modern is one of two ML-1 variants, the other being ML-1 Traditional. The Modern is oriented towards contemporary rock and metal players who want both looks and performance. Color palette is restricted to two options - Lunar and Midnight Blue (gloss finish, black hardware, black plastics). Key construction features include a solid mahogany body (w/flame maple top), a bolt-on maple neck, 24-fret ebony fingerboard (25-1/2" scale, dot inlays, 13.77" radius), hardtail bridge, passive Chapman humbuckers, and standard Chapman tuners.
