CT4 is a soloist-shaped double cutaway model from Carvin Guitars. It is placed within the 22-Fret Carved Top line of solid bodied guitars. CT4 comes with a solid body made of mahogany back and plain maple top. Top features no bindings or pickguards. In the bridge Carvin installs a tune-o-matic bridge with string-thru construction, though other options are available, as well. In the pickups area, a pair of Carvin humbuckers is featured. They are controlled with a standard set of master volume, master tone with coil splitting push/pull switch and a three-way toggle switch. Mahogany neck on this Double cutaway model is set and topped with an ebony fingerboard. The fingerboard comes with 22 medium jumbo sized frets, dot position inlays and 1.69" wide string nut.
