Mockingbird concept is one of the most distinctive B.C. Rich designs ever. It was introduced back in the 70s as part of the initial B.C. lineup. Some forty years later, Mockingbird is stronger and more attractive than ever.
Mockingbird STQ is a non-tremolo version of the distinguished ST model. Instead of the trem system, STQ rocks the Quad bridge (B.C. Rich`s version of the classic one-piece stoptail bridge). Solid and beveled body is made of mahogany base and quilt maple top (Satin Black Wash and Trans Red color options). Through-body neck is also made of mahogany and is topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard.
Duncan Designed HB-102 humbuckers make up the pickups combo. Phase switch and coil-splitting switches are incorporated next to the standard volume and tone controls.
