Mk3 Villain model marks the return of the legendary Superstrat into the BC Rich ranks. It is the only currently available Villain, with more models expected soon. Like all the other Mk3 models, this one also sports a locking bridge, in-house hardware, as well as in-house electronics. Mk3 Villain is available in two classic color options - Trans Red and Trans Black. Both are finished in gloss and sport black hardware. Core construction features include a solid mahogany body, flame maple top (two-piece top, beveled edges, no binding), maple neck (bolt-on construction, fast profile, downward-pointed headstock), and rosewood fingerboard (24 jumbo frets, diamond inlays, 1.65" locking nut, 25-1/2" scale). Main hardware and electronics appointments include a licensed Floyd Rose bridge, die-cast tuners, and BC Rich High Output humbuckers.
