Retro-1532 is one of two models in the Retro Classic series of Aria`s catalog. This series is dedicated to the production of the vintage guitars with '70s styling and tone. It is currently equipped with only two models, the DM-380 and Retro-1532. 1532 comes with a solid, double-cut body similar to the legendary Jazzmaster, only more angular. The body is made of alder and it is flat on top. Also, the back is contoured and neck joint is the series standard bolt-on. On the top, there is a two-piece bridge unit, consisting of tune-o-matic bridge and floating tremolo tailpiece. Pair of fat single-coil pickups is also featured on the top. Bolted maple neck is topped with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard.
