Corvette Standard models made in Korea are mostly made with bubinga bodies and ovangkol necks, as opposed to the ash bodies and ovangkol necks on German models. However, for all the players who want to buy a German Corvette Standard, but can`t afford it, Warwick has launched the Corvette Standard Ash models made in Korea. they are featured in the Corvette Standard series, right next to the ones with bubinga bodies. There are currently two models with ash bodies and this one is the only five-stringer among them. It comes with a solid and double-cut ash body in combination with an ovangkol/ekanga neck. Two-piece bridge with chrome plating and two single-coil pickups are featured on the top. 24-fret wenge fingerboard is installed on the top of the neck.
