Corvette $$ SE Stone Bleached is a model from Warwick`s Custom Shop. It is a section of the catalog reserved for special models and basses with some unique, otherwise unavailable options. Usually, Custom Shop models are based upon the regular series instruments. Corvette $$ SE Stone Bleached comes with a standard corvette body with double cutaway. Top wood option featured on this model is birdseye poplar. It is available in four options: Stone Bleached Black, Stone Bleached Red, Stone Bleached Blue and California Buckeye Burl Blue. All of these options are finished in gloss. Traditionally, this Corvette features no pickguard. Bridge section on this powerful four-stringer is equipped with a regular appointment, the Warwick 2-piece bridge with string-through-body construction. It is plated in chrome. In the pickups area, this Corvette features a pair of full-sized passive humbuckers made and supplied by MEC, Warwick`s own electronics brand. Controls section features active controls, also made by MEC. Neck is made of ovangkol, and it features a bolt-on joint. Upon this neck, a wenge fingerboard is installed. It comes with 24 frets with no inlays and 20" radius, Other features include: 34" scale, Just A Nut III brass nut and Warwick security locks.
