Takamine produces some exquisite acoustic-electric basses within the Pro Series section and TB10 is the basic model. It comes with a single-cut body with beautifully carved top. Body is made of maple back and side panels with spruce sound board. Top panel is equipped with maple binding and a pair of "f" holes, one on each side of the bridge. This acoustic-electric marvel sports a Cool Tube preamp on it`s shoulder. Red Stain is the only color option available for this model and it comes with satin finish. Bridge section is made up of two components, ebony bridge in the front and ornate tailpiece in the back with gold plating on it. Fingerboard is made of ebony, as well and it rocks the fretless style. Tuning machines on the headstock are plated in gold.
