Vintage Modified Jaguar Bass Special SS is one of the best Vintage Modified series models and one of the finest examples of Jaguar Bass in Squier catalog. It comes with a solid and double-cut body with traditionally flat top design, vintage-styled decorations and bolt-on construction. This magnificent four-stringer rocks a 30" scale, instead of the standard one. Body of this model is made of agathis, which is the standard tonewood for this series. Black, Silver and Candy Apple Red versions are being produced and sold by Squier. Bridge section on the SS Jag is fit with a regular four-saddled bridge with chrome plating. In it`s front, there are two pickups in J/P arrangement. Maple neck on this one is topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
