Aged Natural Satin
Stiletto 5 Session is one of two five-stringed basses in the brand new Session series. It`s five-stringed comrade is Riot 5 Session, which features almost identical specs and appointments, as the Stiletto 5 Session. Instead of the carved one, Stiletto gets the flat-top body made of swamp ash (series standard body wood). it has a bolt-on neck joint and a super deep cutaway which allows the players very easy access to the 24th fret. Both the body and the neck are available in natural color with thin satin finish and black hardware and inlays. Minimalistic design of the Session series models tells that they`re specifically made for indoor, studio use. Despite the Spartan features, Session models look very beautiful under the stage spotlights, giving a healthy counter balance to all those flashy and expensive guitars and basses with abalone inlays, glossy flamed tops and flashy inlays. Five-saddled hardtail bridge can be ordered as either a top-load, or string-through bridge. Active EMG humbuckers make sure this five-stringer never runs out of steam and feature the series standard set of controls. C-shaped maple neck is topped with a 24-fret fingerboard also made of maple. The MSRP for this one is set at $649.
