Diamond series is dedicated to the production of the vintage-styled electric basses and it offers Precision and Jazz-like models with four and five-string variants. Diamond J model is a four-stringed bass with a solid and double-cut body with Jazz Bass-like styling. Solid and double-cut body is made of alder and paired with a maple neck. Schecter offers this model in three color options: 3 Tone Sunburst, Vintage Ivory and Satin Black. All three come with chrome-plated hardware and vintage-styled black pickguards. On the top, Schecter installs a Diamond series hardtail bridge with chrome plating. In the front, there are two pickups, installed in the classic J/J pattern. Maple neck features series standard contour in the back and a 21-fret fingerboard on the top. Depending on the color option, maple and rosewood fingerboards are available.
