C-5 Deluxe Left Handed is an extended range lefty from the C series and it covers the budget variant for the players who want a C bass. C line offers four and five string basses with modern design and sound. There are two divisions, Custom and Deluxe with Deluxe being the budget friendly one. C-5 Deluxe Left Handed comes with a solid double cutaway body made of basswood. The top of this five stringer is carved and it does not feature any kind of binding or pickguards, which only accentuates the concept of simplicity applied on this series models. Color options available are black cherry and see-thru black. The bridge is Schecter`s own Diamond bass bridge with black chrome plating, five string saddles and string-through-body construction. In pickup department Schecter Diamond humbucker is placed in the bridge and Schecter J pickup in the middle. Controls consist of master volume, master blend and three-band equalizer. The neck is made of maple with a bolt-on joint. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and equipped with 24 extra jumbo frets and offset dot position inlays.
