SR Standard series houses the most affordable and most popular Sound Gear (the full name of the SR series) models. The 500 and 600 tiers form its middle class, which offers some of the versatility and ergonomics seen on 700/800 models while retaining much of the 300/400 affordability.
SR605 is a five-stringer, introduced in the first half of 2017. It aims at players who want a solid, sturdy bass that`s easy to play and maintain. Natural Flat (w/satin finish, black hardware) is the only available color option. Key construction features include a solid ash body, 5-piece jatoba and bubinga neck, and a 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
Accu-cast B305 hardtail bridge, die-cast tuning machines, and Bartolini`s Mk-1 soapbar pickups complete this versatile tone machine.
