SR Premium series offers high-end electric basses which are primarily made for professional and semi-professional use. They`re both at home on stage and in the studio. Fantastic tonal versatility, peerless playability, and boutique-level build quality place the SR Premium models head and shoulders above the competition. 2018 lineup brings six new Premium SR models, with SR1835E being one of them. It is the new main 1800 five-stringer. The color palette includes only the Natural Low Gloss color scheme with gold hardware, black plastics, and a matching headstock. Main construction features include a solid SR body (mahogany back, polar burl/flame maple top), a 5-piece panga panga/purpleheart neck, a 24-fret fingerboard made of panga panga, a Monorail bridge, Nordstrand Big Single pickups, and die-cast tuners.
